Steven Spielberg and Alfred Hitchcock

Hello, in class we have talk about cinema directors.

 

One of the most importants directors is Alfred Hitchcock, he has a british cinema director.

He born in the year 1899

He made alot of films including The Birds, Psycho, The Man Who Knew Too Much, Rebecca...

His favourite actress was Grace Kelly, who became the princess of Monaco.

One of the things which characterize Hitchcock was that he appeared in small roles in almost all of his films.

He never won an Oscar for Best Director, althought he was nomitated five times.

The academy gave he an Honorary Oscar.

He died in 1980

 

Now, I am going to talk you about my favourite cinema director:

 

Steven Spielberg is a director, scriptwriter and a producer from The United States.

He have win the oscar for the Best Director two times with the films: Schindler´s list and Saving Private Ryan.

 

He has make alot of films like: Indiana Jones, Schindler´s list, Saving Private Ryan, E.T the Extra-Terestrial, Jurassic Park...

Bizarre Foods

Hello, in all places around the world people eat different kind of foods, and what is very disgusting for us is a delicious food for other persons that normally have different cultures.

Here is a list with the top ten of the world´s strangest foods, of course not all the people can think the same about this foods:

1º Balut (that is a fertilize duck or chiken egg) it is eaten in the Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam

2º Sannakji (live baby octopus) it is eaten in Korea

3º Casu Marzu (cheese with added larvae) it is eaten in Sardinia (Italy)

4º Fugu (poisonous puffer fish, ) it is eaten in Japan

5º Hakarl (made by gutting a Greenland or Basking shark) it is eaten in Iceland  

6º Stuffer Camel (it is made of one whole of camel, one whole lamb and 20 whole chikens)

7º Rocky Mountain Oysters (deep frieds-testicles of a buffalo) it is eat in some parts of the United States  and Canada

8º Bugs(insects) all around the world except in Europe and North America

9º Haggis (mincer heart, lung and liver of a sheep and boiled on a sheep stomach) it is eaten in Scotland

10º Fried Brain Sandwiches, it is eaten in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, in Ohio River Valley, El Salvador  Mexico and in Spain it is called Sesos
