Bizarre Foods

Hello, in all places around the world people eat different kind of foods, and what is very disgusting for us is a delicious food for other persons that normally have different cultures.

Here is a list with the top ten of the world´s strangest foods, of course not all the people can think the same about this foods:

1º Balut (that is a fertilize duck or chiken egg) it is eaten in the Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam

2º Sannakji (live baby octopus) it is eaten in Korea

3º Casu Marzu (cheese with added larvae) it is eaten in Sardinia (Italy)

4º Fugu (poisonous puffer fish, ) it is eaten in Japan

5º Hakarl (made by gutting a Greenland or Basking shark) it is eaten in Iceland  

6º Stuffer Camel (it is made of one whole of camel, one whole lamb and 20 whole chikens)

7º Rocky Mountain Oysters (deep frieds-testicles of a buffalo) it is eat in some parts of the United States  and Canada

8º Bugs(insects) all around the world except in Europe and North America

9º Haggis (mincer heart, lung and liver of a sheep and boiled on a sheep stomach) it is eaten in Scotland

10º Fried Brain Sandwiches, it is eaten in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, in Ohio River Valley, El Salvador  Mexico and in Spain it is called Sesos

My fear :

- Fish, if I have a fish I start to shout 

 

- Spiders and tarantulas, when I see a spider I kill because it scares me

 

 

- The roller coasters when I go to amusement park ever I get on the roller coasters because of paqueña cushions very afraid

In this entry I´m going to talk you about fears and phobias

Phobia: a phobia is an irrational and very intense fear of an object, person or situation with a little or not actual danger.

Alot of people have phobias here you can see a list with the ten most famous phobias:

1º Acrophobia - fear of height

2º Claustrophobia - fear of enclose spaces  

3º Nyctophobia-Fear of the Dark

4º Ophidiophobia - fear of snakes

5º Arachnopobia - fear of spiders

6º Tripanophobia - fear of injection or medical needles

7º Astraphobia- fear of thunder and lightning

8º Nosophobia- fear of having a disease

9º Mysophobia AKA Germophobia - Fear of Germs

10º Triskaidekaphobia - Fear of the Number 13

 

I have interview a memeber of my family, who has a phobia:

Q.1- Do you have any fear or phobia?

Answer: Yes, to the reptiles.

Q.2- When dis this phobia start?

Answer: I have had this phobia always.

Q.3- How does this phobia affect in your life?

Answer: I can´t look to a photograph of a reptile.

Q.4 - Have you try to superate your phobia?

Answer: No, because they scare me alot.

For example Johnny Depp has Coulrophobia (he is scare of the clowns)

and he has also fear to the heights

Another example of a famous person with phobia is Rihanna, she is afraid of fish

One day while she was swimming in the sea, the water was transparet she saw some fish near to her feet and she suffered a panic attack.

MY PHOBIA

I´m Alicia and this is my phobia.

I have phobia to the snakes, I have this phobia since I have memmory.

I can´t see a snake on the TV or on the computer, when I see a snake in a magazine or in a book I start shouting because for me they are very disgusting
When I go to the ZOO with my family I have to stay in the door of the enclosure where snakes are while my family see them.

I´m really afraid of snakes, I hope that one day this fear dissapear

The dolphin

Hello, I´m Alicia, 

 

 There are alot of animals, but there is one that I like the most it is the Dolphin

 

Dolphins are marine mammals. There are almost 17 different species of dolphins.

  They vary in size from 1.2 m (4 ft) and 40 kg (90 lb) (Maui's dolphin), up to 9.5 m (30 ft) and 10 tonnes.

Dolphins are carnivores, they eat fish and squid.

Dolphins are often regarded as one of Earth's most intelligent animals and they are also very playful.

 

They breathe through lungs, this is why the jump out of water (to fill their lungs of oxygen).

The dog is a carnivorous mammal of the family Canidae, which is a subspecies of wolf.
Its size or height, shape and coat is clearly dependent on breed of dog. It has a highly developed hearing and smell, the latter being the main sensory organ.
Canine Intelligence refers to the ability of a dog to process information received through their senses to learn, adapt and solve problems. Cognitive ethology is the discipline that is required to examine this area in animal cognition.
